Packed full of fresh navel orange peel, about one orange per bottle, earthy baking spices, and earl grey tea for an unexpected floral note. The Bitter Housewife believes that making things from scratch produces better results than store bought and set out to create a product that spoke to women in an intelligent way, something that didn’t intimidate or exclude the novice, but also didn’t talk down to anyone. She wanted to create a brand for herself and her friends – whiskey drinking, fun loving, go-getting women. All of their bitters are made by hand in small batches using real ingredients - fresh citrus peels, whole herbs and spices, and just a touch of organic cane sugar.

New gift items (ie. not secondhand consignment merchandise) may be returned if unused and unaltered within 30 days of the purchase date. These items include all beauty and bath items, candles, journals & cards, kitchen & home decor, and some of the jewelry. To determine whether a jewelry item is new and eligible for return, please refer to the item's product page. If it does not say "Pre-owned", then it is a new piece and it may be returned.
